1/4/17 today we made lemon blueberry muffins!! They were really fun and easy to make, if I could go back and redo these muffins I would garnish them with lemon zest and blueberries. Chocolate Chip muffins

Hi! It's Wednesday, January 4th. What I made in Baking intersession today ( that you see to the left ) is chocolate chip muffins. We followed a basic recipe, and got to work. I think my group worked well together because all of us participated in doing something. We ended up making 12 normal muffins the 10 mini muffins. To the left you see the end result. They were delicious.
